Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about how selling works? You’re in the right place!
Do I need an appointment to sell?
No appointment necessary! We accept walk-ins and evaluate items on a first-come, first-served basis.
What are your buying hours?
We buy every day from 10 AM to 5 PM.
How much do I get for my items?
We assign each item a retail value based on brand, condition, and current demand. You’ll receive either:
- 25% in cash, or
- 50% in store credit
Payouts are made the same day you sell
How long does the evaluation take?
Evaluation time depends on how many sellers are ahead of you. Most assessments take between 15–60 minutes, though it may take longer during peak hours or on busier days.
Do you offer consignment?
No — we operate on a buy-sell-trade model. That means we assess and pay out (in cash or store credit) on the same day. No waiting for your items to sell!
How do you decide what to buy?
We buy based on:
- Seasonal needs
- Condition of the item
- Current demand

We do not buy certain brands due to their low resale value. Please check our list of brands we don't accept.
What season are you currently buying for?
We buy for the current and/or upcoming season. Visit our How to Sell page or call the shop to find out what we’re currently accepting.
When will I be paid?
You'll be paid the same day—in cash or store credit—once your items have been assessed.
How does pricing work?
We price items based on brand, condition, and current demand. Most items are priced at approximately one-third of their original retail value.
What items do you accept?
We accept gently used:
- Clothing for ages 0–12 years

Shoes up to youth size 4
Do you accept all brands?
No. We don’t accept brands with low resale value, including most fast-fashion and similar lower-price-point labels. Please see our list of brands we don’t accept for details.
Do you buy new items?
Yes! We do purchase new items with tags, as long as they meet our buying guidelines for style, season, and resale value.
Can I bring clothing from any season?
We only buy items for the current and/or upcoming season. You may bring out-of-season items for donation, but please sort them separately before coming in.
How much clothing can I bring in to sell?
To ensure fairness and efficiency, we accept a maximum of two bags of clothing per day, per household.
What condition should the clothing be in?
Clothing must be freshly laundered and free of pet hair, stains, and odors. We’re unable to accept items that don’t meet these standards, and ask that you sort them out before bringing your items in.
What happens to unclaimed items you don’t buy?
Items not picked up by 6 PM the same day will be donated to charity — including any bags they were brought in.
Can I use store credit online or on Instagram sales?
No, store credit is only valid in-store.
Can I use store credit on new merchandise?
Yes! Store credit can be used on both new and used inventory, with the exception of our Upcycled & Handmade designer rack.
Do you accept baby gear, toys, or books?
No, we only buy clothing and shoes.
Can I donate non-clothing baby items?
We only accept diapers (year-round). We do not accept other non-clothing baby items for donation.
